I hope this thing does well.

From interest to dealers and people actually in the market, it seems poised to do very well.

I'd buy it cause it will end up like the Juke did for Nissan. Ugly duckling gets the attention.

If a used range rover evoque wasn't the same price, I would love a Trailhawk in blue.

Good

Ehh, but there will always be a better used deal out there than new. You're also getting into the topic of compromising on options, and having less warranty then too.

The Cherokee will most probably be cheaper to maintain, though, and their used prices will beat the Evoque's.

Good luck with a used Range Rover.

Its a good ad, it doesn't sell the car, it sells the lifestyle. That's hard to do with most brands, but the Jeep brand is pretty well defined. I like that it targets specifically 30 something who have figured out that life can kind of suck. I bought a land cruiser and its helping the suck factor a little.

The styling of the car had grown on me quite a bit to the point where I really like the trail hawk especially in blue. The underpinnings however have not, but I am not to be asked about such things because I am a traditionalist and I'll only be happy with solid axles, transfer cases and inline sixes.

My word, lookit all that front overhang in the video preview.
THANKS, PEDESTRIANS.

I saw a black trailhawk the other day. Gave it a walk around. I like it more, the more I look at it. The one thing I HATE about it though. Electronic e-brake.... eff that noise.

Hammer you need to cheer up! But yea, when you have a strong brand image might as well play that up.

The future never stops happening, & the original cherokee judges your weak unibody and coils.

The approach angle still looks good enough.

The future my carry on, but that doesn't mean its better. It may be better for the mom taking her kid to soccer practice, but not for the guy that want to modify and build it to take it through the apocalypse.
Signed with respect,
Current XJ and Future SJ owner.

I'm biased as a Mopar fan, but Chrysler commercials speak to the soul. They barely talk about the thing they're trying to sell and it comes off brilliantly.

I'll concede when it comes to modifying you are 100% correct.
Signed,
Also a previous ZJ owner who wanted something "newer" and then regretted that decision for the 3 years.
